All information I collect is kept in the strictest of confidence and I will not provide your information to anyone without your permission.
REALTORS® abide by the Privacy Code of The Canadian Real Estate Association, which sets out the commitment of REALTORS® and your rights regarding the privacy of your personal information.

What is considered personal information?
Any information that identifies an individual, but does not include information that is available publicly such as a phone directory listing or your name address and telephone number, unless you have requested it not be released.
How does Niagara-on-the-Lake Realty collect information?
Most often the information is collected directly through your interaction with Niagara-on-the-Lake Realty or by completing forms on this site. However, from time to time, and with your consent, I may also collect information from other sources to complete a transaction on your behalf, such as credit bureaus or government agencies. When this happens, you will be told what the information will be used for and your consent for the collection and use will be confirmed.
What does Niagara-on-the-Lake Realty do with the information?
All information collected will be used to complete the real estate transaction. This includes marketing your house in a number of different mediums, including electronic media, newspapers and publications and disclosing property information to prospective buyers and other real estate associates. If your listing is MLS® the property information is provided to the real estate board or multiple listings services and information is distributed through the MLS® system to authorized users of the system. Once a transaction is complete, property information and sales data is available to users of the system to complete comparative market analysis. By placing your listing on the MLS® system you agree to permit ongoing use of listing and sales information.
